I emailed customer service to ask about my gift cards and was asked which codes were used. When I went to my.ooma.com to look it up that option is gone. They also told me that I would have to wait until 30 days after they activated their Ooma. I don't remember reading that in the fine print anywhere.

They wait 30 days to make sure the Telo hasn't been returned for a refund.
