When looking at the caller log, you can see the caller id, but when looking at the voicemail inbox, it does not show the caller id. it would be very helpful in prioritizing voicemails, and in situation where you need to listen to the voicemail again to hear the details to know who the voice mail was from. I think if the person is in your contact list, it shows that name, but many calls come in from people/companies not on my contact list. Examples would be limo pick up time, delivery times from Lowes, or funiture store , etc. Thanks for your consideration.

Yes, please add this feature!

Also, if you have voice mail messages sent to your email, it should include the caller-id the the Subject line of those messages along with the number.

We'll probably be able to enable this feature once we migrate everyone to the new voicemail system. We hope to do this within the next few months.

I was just about to start a new thread but found this one.

PLEASE - add the Caller ID in the voicemail list. If it's in the log, why shouldn't it be in with the voicemail? Different DBs? Not join-able?

Maybe get the the contacts and do the join within the app code? That way you'll at least have the name for people you know.

Anyway - thanks for your help on this. Looking forward to all new features.

Another request for both of these features:

1) Caller ID in the Voicemail list on the web dashboard
2) Caller ID in the subject and body of the voicemail email

Both would be great additions to a wonderful service.

This feature exists with CID number, just not the name at this point.
