Personal Blacklist for Basic Ooma

Just noticed personal blacklist no longer available for basic Ooma service.

Personal Blacklist is a Premier feature.

I guess I never fully aware of what features the basic Ooma service includes. All I can see is what used to work is taken away one by one. The caller id (phone numbers only) and voice mail still work. I wonder if those are premier features also?
