I pressed the envelope on the hub and now it is stuck on red. I have no dial tone or anything. I unplugged and rebooted everything including the router and the Ooma hub and the wall jack. I waited & plugged it all back in and the red envelope light comes right back on again. The connect button is blue and the green light is on in the back at the modem plug.

How can I get the red light on the envelope off so I have a dial tone again?

Keep in mind that I've never set up email on the Ooma hub so I don't have a clue what's happening here.

I have no phone plugged into Ooma, my connection is to a U-Verse router and then phone to wall jack. It was all working just fine until I pushed on the envelope by mistake.

I got it figured out, thanks to Wayne in a different problem post but holding the connect button for 30 seconds to go back to default settings did the trick.
