Replace 2nd line with different number?

Hello All:

I have Lifetime Premier. I have both my main number and 2nd (free) number in Las Vegas area code.

I am moving to Scottsdale soon and would like to replace the 2nd number with a number local to Scottsdale.

Anyone know if it can be done? Online or do I need to call support?

An alternative solution would be to choose a Scottsdale number from Google Voice and have that forwarded to your second Ooma number. Free and easy!

I wonder if you could add a third number ($5 / month) and then after a month, have them discontinue the 2nd number? You might want to check with C/S to see how you discontinue a number. I think hat the $20 is pretty fair if it is your main number as it involves some account shifting - but just adding and subtracting a secondary number should either be a lot less or free if you can do it yourself. Remember to remind C/S that you are a lifetime premier customer.

Question: Will you have to change your login name to frankscottsdale? :P
