I had purchased the scout and the hub in Dec of last year. As about 1 month ago my volume on the scout does not work. When I have messages and push the message button the line in use button lights up and nothing plays. When I do the same on the hub the message plays fine. I have the volume set to high as well. Any suggestions? is this covered by ooma under warranty if I need to have this repaired?

Yes, the scout has a one year warranty for parts & labor if purchased direct or from an authorized retailer.
Please contact our support line. They can also assist you in performing a speaker test.
