What happens in this case...?

I have an active call on line 1 and an active call on line 2 and a third call comes in.

What happens to that third call? Does it go straight to voice mail? Or can it be picked up like a normal call waiting call by hitting flash on the phone?

The third call goes straight to voice mail. There are only two lines available on the hub.
