Today, my hub kept on flashing red light. In some point, it will return to blue to let me use the phone, but most of the time it turned into red. I don't know if the hub has gone bad or the OOMA server was in trouble? Dose any one have the same problem?

Turn off your cable modem and Ooma.
Turn on the cable modem and wait for sync with your ISP.
Turn on Ooma.
Open the Ooma setup page by browsing to http://setup.ooma.com
from a computer connected behind the "HOME" port of the Ooma device.
