Ah...so will this only work without the router? modem > ooma > computer (no router)?
Thanks for the quick reply!
No, it works with a router.
I have mine Modem>Router>Ooma And plug the computer in to the home port of Ooma just to get to it's setup page, but I don't normally have computers behind (plugged in to Ooma.)
I just prefer it this way, but I'm prepared to use the router's QoS if necessary (so far it hasn't been because I have very high bandwidth.)
Try using another browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome. It may just be Internet Explorer 8 not handling the page load properly?
Strange. I'm using Vista and tried it with Firefox, Chrome (that's the screenshot above), and IE.
My setup:
Cable Modem
--- (hardwired) Linksys WRT610N (servicing wireless N only)
------ (hardwired) ooma Hub
------ (hardwired) HP MediaSmart EX487 (media server)
------ (wireless N) WGA600N (wireless N) for DirecTV HR21
------ (wireless N) WGA600N (wireless N) for PS3
------ (hardwired) WRT54GX2 (servicing wireless G only as WAP)
--------- (wireless G) Laptops
I am using the QoS on the WRT610N.
Could my Hub be hosed?
