TURN OFF CALL SCREENING

I DO NOT WANT TO SCREEN CALLS, BUT DO WANT MESSAGES TO RECORD, HOW DO I TURN OFF CALL SCREENING?

ooma lounge: Preferences: voicemail.
Turn off call screening.

Another option would be to turn the volume all the way down on the hub/scout that you don't want to hear from.

Hello --

Im a new customer and would like to disable call message screening but when I login into my.ooma.com account it tells me that "Voicemail is unavailable right now, please try again later."

I cannot access this option to disable call screening. Is this a network outage or is this a problem with my account?.. Im using the new ooma hardware. I also get the error "Inbox is currently unavailable, please try again later" when I login to my account. Anyone out there know how tio fix this problem?..
