You have to understand that low level support are people who have no technical background. They feed the key words from your question into a computer and it spits out the related boilerplate text. If they don't get a match, they will always tell you it can't be done.

People who actually understand this stuff get paid way too much money to sit around waiting to answer questions on the phone.
That's why this forum is so valuable. Many of the regulars on here do understand and can give reasonable answers.

I'm retired and I participate in several forums. It's fun to see how badly some people can mess something up because they didn't take the time to read and understand the directions before they dove in head first.
