As of 11:30am ET March 10 2009 I am unable to receive incoming calls.

My phone rings but when I pick it up all I hear is silence. The caller on the other end hears a message about the "wireless customer" being unavailable.

I am able to place outgoing calls normally.

I have same problem, in NJ,
Send E-mail to ooma, and still waiting for my request.

I guess it ooma network problem, not my ooma block.
Because I start to think that I need to return my ooma back.

I am having the same problem on an ooma box installed overseas. It can make outgoing calls but can't receive incoming calls.

I also am having same issue. I have 2 South Lake Tahoe area phone numbers. Are other people in different areas of the country?

Well, I seem to be back up (for now). Just used my cell phone to test and got through. Does anyone at Ooma know what the problem is.
