Im a new customer and would like to disable call message screening but when I login into my.ooma.com account it tells me that "Voicemail is unavailable right now, please try again later."
I cannot access this option to disable call screening. Is this a network outage or is this a problem with my account?.. Im using the new ooma hardware. I also get the error "Inbox is currently unavailable, please try again later" when I login to my account. Anyone out there know how tio fix this problem?..
