I am a recent OOMA customer, and overall pleased.

However, I would like to request that one pitfall be discussed in the documentation.

When my number was being ported, a call to the number returned a "non-working number" message. It happened that this occurred during a window when I was depending on being reachable by a contractor. I called OOMA TS, and they said this was to be expected, but the literature made no mention of the possibility.

Had I known, I could have given the contractor an alternative number, although the original OOMA number was also intercepted as temporarily out of service.

Some forewarning would have been appreciated, averted some panic, and saved OOMA the expense of an unnecessarily long and heated TS call.
