Hi I have 2 ooma systems set up and the port for the 2nd phone was done yesterday and now all my phones are out. When I dial my # it is saying that the phone number is dosconnected.
I followed all the instructions for installation and everything was fine until the port went through yesterday (from vonage to Ooma).
Can someone help me with this?

Sometimes it takes several hours before the port goes completely through. It sounds like you may be experiencing that now. If it doesn't resolve by later in the day, try calling customer service. On an extreme note, when I first ported my number from Verizon to Voicewing(a Verizon branded service) several years ago, it took 3 days to complete. Every time someone called my number, they got a number disconnected message.

Thank you but that only partially answers my question. Why would my other ooma system be out also. I have them both running through a lynksys router. I followed the directions I recieved from a previous post I posted about a month ago and both phone lines worked perfectly. Now I have no phones at all working.
