I have two ported numbers on ooma and when I try to change my ooma password under the secondary ported number using Account/Security I get the following error:

"Update Failed: Cannot Alter Master/Common Status"

I'm using firefox 3.5.3 and I'm logged into my secondary ported number account. Anyone know what this is? Customer service can't figure it out.
