I have a second phone number, I've assigned it to a scout that is no longer shared, but the second phone number rings throughout the system, and not just on the assigned scout.

I've also logged into the ooma lounge with the second phone number, but can't see how to set up an answering message specific to that scout/number.

What am I missing?

If the phone port of the assigned Scout is plugged only into the phone you want to ring (not to the wall), and your hub's connected phones are still ringing on that number, you will need to call tech support to correct it.
