The only ways I know to disable the Home port would be to get an RJ-45 plug and crazy glue it into the socket or fill the socket with hot melt glue.
With this solution the first time Ooma Setup access is need and there isn't Web access, or port forwarding setup, more then likely the Ooma Telo will have to be thrown away.
