I've been in touch with tech support about this and they always want to know specifically which numbers dropped me. Then they work on it and tell me to try those specific numbers again.

There are too many toll free numbers in the world to do this every day. Which is how often I might have to do it.

The problem seems to be systemic and occurs usually when I call a toll-free number that switches me immediately to "hold." Which is what most of them do. At that point Ooma drops the call.

Then I have to use my cel phone. I now just use my cel phone for every call, because it's too annoying have to keep switching phones.

If anybody has had this problem and resolved it, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks.
