Recently, around 50% of the calls I get to my original Hub system ring two times and then go right to voicemail. I have my Voicemail Pick-Up time set to 59 seconds. I have no idea what may me causing the issue here as it does work ~50% of the time.

I am new to Ooma and have the Telo. I had same problem. My call forwarding was set to multi-ring to ring my cell phone at the same time. My cell phone was set to forward calls to my Ooma number. Having both of these set seemed to cause conflict. When I disabled either of these, the problem was fixed.
