I put in a port request with ooma. They tell me they can't complete the port because there's a work order on the line. Verizon says the work order is a disconnect order resulting from the ooma port request Ooma won't help and verizon says if they can cancel it (still looking into it with verizon) it will cancel the port. Now what? Anybody had any luck porting from verizon? by the way, verizon is not my broadband provider.
