cannot dial out and dial in

cannot dial out and dial in

My ooma has been working well for 2 months, but suddenly cannot dial out and dial in. light is solid blue. when take the phone, you can hear the dial tone, but after you input the phone number, always busy tone. When dial in, can hear the ring, but when you pick up the phone, no voice, just nothing.
I tried reboot Hub many times, did not work. Tried reboot modem, factory reboot, no luck either. This is my only phone line. Any one can help?

try to plug a different corded phone directly into the ooma phone port and at least eliminate the phone as the problem.

Are you still having problems? How about the phone connected to the scout?

both phones cannot dial out and dial in. I changed the phone, but no luck.
