no dial tone

I have had my Ooma telo for about 7 weeks. I have had to reboot it at least 6 or 7 times. It seems like it is worse in the last couple of weeks. Most times everything is blue and I have to reboot the telo and it comes back. Last night it was flashing red, but all the cables were connected and the internet was fine. Someone called when it was down and it went to voicemail. At this point, i am not so excited about this device, It's doesn't seem to be running hot, either. Any advice.

Check this out and do at least the built in modem port MAC address: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9536#p66155
