Assigned number does not ring properly

EricJRW, hteinlin's setup was working as intended (intended by ooma). hteinlin just expected the shared number to ring both Hub and Scout but that's not the case if Hub is set as a personal device (Hub gets taken out of shared device pool when set as personal device).

OK, got it. Thanks for the explanation... As you know, I had a wrong serial number, so I thought this might be related.
ooma hub with one scout (looking to add at least one more)
