OK, my port seems to be going through. It was suppose to complete on the 16th. Well, When I check online it said action required. So I called Ooma, unfortunately I could not understand my service rep very well.

Yesterday I got a letter from my old carrier ViaTalk it says:


"Via Talk LNP Department

Hello,

It appears your number, (xxx)xxx-xxxx, has been ported out of our service. Would you like to cancel your service, or would you like a new number assigned to the account for a one time fee of $9.95? "

I no longer can recieve calls to my number being ported. I get a message saying that the number is no longer in service. It appears that it's on Ooma's end I am having my problems. Seems my old carrier has already released my number for porting.

Any help greatly appreciated. No one can get in contact with us until the porting issue is resolved. Thanks
