I have a billing issue that I have been trying to handle with the "customer support" personnel via phone. No one seems to know what they are doing or how to handle it except saying "we will call you back in 1 to 2 hours".

This has happened twice and no one, not even the janitor has called back. I asked for a member of management to speak to, and there doesn't seem to be anyone around, always they seem to have stepped out of the room. Then I was told to email customer support and have them call me...... which I did, an no one called.

Is there a number to call someone that is in America that can handle a billing question?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for all the help... Cancelled Premier since they raised the price on "grandfathered" customers, will buy another core hub and use it for the second line. :cool:
