I am porting my number which shows correctly on the my ooma account online, but i just received an email with porting information for someone else to my email. It shows their name, phone number and company they are porting from. I'm trying to call the customer support line now to let them know that this is a security issue that needs to be sorted out and make sure that they have my correct info.. anyone else get the wrong email. How could they mix up my email with someone else.

I spoke with porting support and they didn't know why it happened that i got someone else's email. They did say that they information is manually processed so it's probably human error.
