The call log time is 2 hours too slow. I am in Central Time and have the Telo but not the Telo handset. Is there a way to change it? Thanks for your help.

Call customer support and have them correct your account to the proper time zone.

I made the change for you. Please allow some time for the config files to update: 15-30 minutes & then reboot your Ooma.
