I ordered a bluetooth adapter for my Telo. I have not gotten and e-mail confirmation or any shipping notice. Do I have to reorder it?

I also need to find this status. I orders 3 handsets and the BT adapter at the same time. I received the Handsets yesterday, but no BT adapter. I was charged for it. Any idea where it is.
P.S. Ooma really needs to come up with better order support. I never even received a receipt for the orders.
