I have a Plantronics 975 headset paired to my Ooma Telo. I have a basic phone connected to the Telo. When I dial a number on the phone to transfer to the headset (e.g. *1513035551212), it seems I have to connect it to the headset before the call will go through (i.e. by clicking the BT's headset button to answer the call). If I am calling a business that requires touchtone entry for my account info (e.g. a financial institution), I cannot figure out how to keep the call on the phone so I can enter touchtones.

Is anyone else having this problem?
