The time is off on my ooma handset

Post by gonzo » Mon Sep 06, 2010 8:17 pm

The time-of-day on my handset is off by 45 minutes.

How is this getting set? Is there any way to change it?

TIA for suggestions

a. Does the HS respond when you pressing some key(s), and the time is always 45 min. off?
b. Or the HS had frozen 45 min. ago and not responding to key press?

I don't know any about the former one (a), but for the later one (b), I have to disconnect the battery and reconnect it to make the HS functioning again.
