On my Telo a handful of incoming callers get the message,
"sorry the number you are calling can not receive calls at this time. try again later."
So far this happens consistently to only three incoming people.
I have nothing checked in my Blacklist Preferences, nothing checked under Privacy Preferences and
my do not disturb is turned off. Has anyone had this issue?
Any suggestions?
thx

Hello,

I noticed that you have 2 numbers & your main number was ported over. Do teh callers hear the message calling both numbers? Are these Comcast callers?-If so, you may want to have them complain to Comcast that they are unable to call your number. It could be that Comcast has not fully released your number from their routing tables/database.

Yes, they were able to get through on my 2nd phone line.
You wrote "It could be that Comcast has not fully released your number from their routing tables/database."

If this is the case should all Comcast callers be blocked?
Is there a timeframe that Comcast suppose to adhere to?

thx for your help
