call waiting caller ID does not show up

Post by dixielady » Tue Aug 17, 2010 8:07 am

There is no real point to having Caller ID for call wait if no number shows up. I turned in a ticket on this weeks ago.
Anyone else have this problem?

I am wondering if your must be a premier subscriber to get CID. I see CID every time my phone rings even with call waiting. Are you using a Telo? I know cheap phone have a problem reading the CID info even normally so maybe that is the problem?

At this time I have premiere.
NOT a cheap phone! It is a panasonic expanded system and it worked fine with another company's VOIP
I see caller ID with phone calls but never with call waiting.

I'm having the same issue. I'm not getting Call Waiting Caller ID. At some point I think I was but it doesn't seem to be working now.
