I have a Hub & Scout that I bought from Radioshack. It happens to be one of the models without taxes. Right now I am in the Premier trial period. When the trial ends can I still call OOMA for phone support? or will I have to pay? Also, I know I will lose the call forwarding options after the trial, but will I also lose the option to have my cell phone called if the OOMA is down?

The forward on network outage is a Premier feature which you'll lose once Premier expires. But I've heard folks' settings remaining intact where they had to call into customer service to turn it off after Premier expired (can't access settings page to tweak with basic/core service).
