Is there a delay in the updating of data to the call logs or do the call logs not update on missed calls while your internet connection is down?

Our internet was down today (we didn't know) and we were calling to test our Ooma number because we were concerned there was an issue with it. We had calls made from several different numbers but none of them show on the call log.
