I've searched documentation and this forum for "DND is on" to no avail. It is probably due to a configuration change that I made but what are the handsets telling me?

"DND is on", means that "Do Not Disturb" feature is turned on. This is a Premier feature - https://www.ooma.com/premier/features#a ... -voicemail
. You should also see the Envelope button on the Telo is lit up with a red light instead of blue.
You can turn it off by pressing the Envelope button on the Telo for two+ seconds or selecting from the Service Settings in the Menu on the handset.
The "DND" is the Do Not Disturb feature that comes with premier.
On your telo handset, it's a toggle - simply press & hold the envelope button for about 3 seconds
and this will enable or disable this feature.
