Teleo handsets say "DND is on"

Post by seeker » Thu Jul 29, 2010 9:15 am

I've searched documentation and this forum for "DND is on" to no avail. It is probably due to a configuration change that I made but what are the handsets telling me?

"DND is on", means that "Do Not Disturb" feature is turned on. This is a Premier feature - https://www.ooma.com/premier/features#a ... -voicemail. You should also see the Envelope button on the Telo is lit up with a red light instead of blue.

You can turn it off by pressing the Envelope button on the Telo for two+ seconds or selecting from the Service Settings in the Menu on the handset.

Hello,

The "DND" is the Do Not Disturb feature that comes with premier.

On your telo handset, it's a toggle - simply press & hold the envelope button for about 3 seconds
and this will enable or disable this feature.
