Fax Issues

I am trying to use OOMA Telo with my HP-C6100 fax machine and I am getting a communication error.
I have turned error correction off and slowed fax speed to slow. I also went to my ooma account and checked setting for fax. Any ideas??? could use your help with this one. If not, I guess I have 29 more days to take this thing back.

Try either or both of these items.

A) Prefix the number you call with *99 and a pause.
example, if the fax number is 1-888-555-1212
Dial: *99,,1-888-555-1212 (where the "," is a pause).

B) Connect the Telo DIRECTLY to the Fax. Use the Fax Phone port to connect to the rest of your phones.
