I'm required to call into a conference call number every day, and I need to record the time spent on those calls. I figured I would just look up the time and duration of each call to the conference center (it's a toll call to a number) but after examining my log not one of my outbound calls to the number has been recorded! Does anyone know why this is, or if there is a way to obtain the data?
