Online Mailbox and Call Log Problem

Online Mailbox and Call Log Problem

There appears to be a problem with the online voicemail box and call log screeen. The voicemail player won't load and I am unable to play any messages online. The page loans and indicates Done (but with errors). On the call log screen where you can click on the Contacts Action tools icon (look like a little gear), when clicked it just takes me to the voicemail screen. The drop down menu appears. Have tried on Vista and XP machines running IE7 (Vista) and IE8 (XP).

They both work for me using Firefox.
Do you have Adobe Flash installed?

Shockwave Flash 10h. That is what is what it shows in my Manage Add-ons in IE.

The latest Adobe Flash Player is version 10.1.
The latest Adobe Shockwave Player is version 11.5.7.609.
Go to www.adobe.com and click the button to install the Flash Player.
There is another button to install the Shockwave Player, but I don't think Ooma needs it.
