Ooma Telo - LEDs not lighting up

Post by koala » Tue Jun 15, 2010 8:34 pm

I have an Ooma Telo base station, and the LEDs are no longer lighting up. The 1 and 2 light up when it is powering on, but turn off after that. When I press the talk button, there is a very faint change in the way the 1 and 2 look. Other than that, no LEDs are functioning.

You might have accidentally turned off the lighted buttons. Press the little "star" button - that's the one in the center between the volume and the antenna button. It controls the brightness of the buttons. It cycles from off to high with several levels inbetween.
