I was out of town for five days and upon my return find that my Ooma Handset sees no Contacts.

I've rebooted both the Telo and the Handset; the 34710 revision has been downloaded; all of my Contacts are still present on my.ooma.com, but my Handset claims they do not exist..

Menu -> Service Settings -> Sync config
on any handset.

I tried Sync Setting, it shows a choice of "Back" or "Change", which doesn't sound too logical. I chose "Change"; "Sync requested" was on the screen for about four seconds, but the handset still claims "No Contacts".
