Call forwarding activated automatically!??

Call forwarding activated automatically!??

I don't have the premier function but somehow call forward was activated automatically and it's not forwarding calls when I didn't want it to... I can't seem to access the premier page to deactivate it.. please help!

I think calling customer service is the fastest way to resolve this.

Hello kradoom,

Yes, a bug in our system. I manually disabled call forward for you.
Give it about 15 minutes for the updates to go into effect.
