UK 0845 Numbers being charged as mobile

Post by hitchens97 » Sun Apr 18, 2010 8:35 am

You are charging me the mobile rate for an 0845 number in the UK. This is not a mobile number; it's actually similar to an 800 number. You are not paying additional interconnect fees. Please put this back to the regular UK price of 2.2c. It's coded wrong in your systems. Here is the link about 0845 numbers. ... ed_Kingdom

Consider it done! Thanks for letting me know.....

OH Wait a second, I almost forgot - this is a USER forum and none of us can change internal ooma coding. Maybe you would be better off either calling ooma and talking to someone who can escalate the problem, or if that doesn't work, PM one of the ooma moderators. You can see them identified as ooma moderators under their avatar - the little envelope will send them a PM.
