Ooma Telo power not working

Ooma Telo power not working

Our Telo unit has worked fine for a few months, but this weekend it just stopped working. The power turned off and we can't seem to get it to turn back on. No power outage or other assignable cause for the failure. The outlet is fine, I tested the adapter with my multimeter and it appeared to be fine. The connection in the back of the Telo is loose, but it appears to connect as designed. Anyone else have this issue or have any good ideas?

If you have power and the telo is dark, it sounds like you may have a bad unit. I would contact customer support for a replacement.
