Still having issue calling to Vietnam, anyone else having the same issue. After hearing how much money and mins are left. The other end would ring and keep ringing and no one picks up. We called multiple numbers in Vietnam and get the same. If I call other international number it works just fine, just Vietnam. Please help..

I'm having the same problem with Vietnam only. Germany works fine. I opened a ticket with the 3rd level support. They replied "This is in regards to ticket number 121012-000803
About problems calling to Vietnam.

Our network engineers made new changes in the international call paths.
Please retest and check if the problem still persists.

Notify us the results.
"
I sent (Ooma Care Support <Support@Oomacare.com>) another email today after I tried two more times to call Vietnam with the same result. :!:
It sounds like the frequency of the dialtone Is incorrect (too high).

Ooma Called and told us to add a three after the sixth digit 011 848(3) for Saigon. It worked when I tried it today.

Seems like Saigon's area code is 8 then including the "3" there are 8 digits for phone numbers?

http://countrycode.org/vietnam

This above URL would get you the country code and area code but for actual phone number conventions, maybe use maps.google.com to look for local Costco number or something to leverage as examples.

Looks like Hanoi is the same except area code is 4 vs 8.
