Fax Machine Help

Post by Dude23 » Thu Mar 04, 2010 10:24 am

I purchased a HP LaserJet M1319f fax machine because I could turn off the error correction mode, decrease the fax speed and decrease the resolution. I am able to send faxes out using the *99 prior to dialing, but on receiving my fax using the ooma line I get an error right away. It doesn't seem to even try to receive the data. Am I missing something obvious?

Hub or Telo?
If it's a Telo, did you enable fax mode for the Telo under it's phone number?

Hub's handle incoming faxes automatically.
The fax machine must be connected to the hub and not to a scout.
