I've sent 2 emails to support about this, and haven't heard anything back from them..

My outgoing caller ID shows the number, but displays "Out of Area" instead of my name.

I have this problem too. My outgoing caller ID info still comes out as "Ooma" and not my name. I've had Ooma for about 2.5 weeks now.

Me too, people are telling me the caller ID says OOMA, INC.

My second line also still displays OOMA, INC. It's been over a month for me. I've sent emails but have never received a response. My temporary number displayed my name after 4 days. My ported number displays my name but that is because my name has been in the CID database as long as the database has existed.

I finally called customer support after 3 weeks and was told that it would be escalated to see what's taking so long, so we'll see what happens.....

Mine STILL says out of area, after two months, also still waiting on the port.

Well, my caller ID is finally straightened out. I called customer service on Friday and today it is fixed on both numbers. I guess calling is the way to go. Now, when my home number ports........???
