My second line also still displays OOMA, INC. It's been over a month for me. I've sent emails but have never received a response. My temporary number displayed my name after 4 days. My ported number displays my name but that is because my name has been in the CID database as long as the database has existed.

I finally called customer support after 3 weeks and was told that it would be escalated to see what's taking so long, so we'll see what happens.....

Well, my caller ID is finally straightened out. I called customer service on Friday and today it is fixed on both numbers. I guess calling is the way to go. Now, when my home number ports........???
