Can't access voicemail via the web

Usually I have no problem, but I can't get my messages to play today.
It shows the list, but they won't play when I select the message and/or press the play button.

It's on the status list as being investigated.

According to Bobby B, the problem has been corrected. Could you verify things at your end and let us know?
