Has anyone else had a problem with calling the Ooma help line and reaching an unhelpful and incoherent tech support person? I strongly suspect this guy was either drunk or stoned. Not being abusive, just telling it like it is. Granted, this was on a Saturday afternoon close to Ooma's quitting time, but there is no excuse for this. Support kept trying to get me off line and mumbling about ISP problems --which is wasn't, and I ended up solving the problem (a loose power cord) myself. Someone should check on these Saturday techs.
