We've been using ooma and HUB for about a year with no problems. Now, a few times each day, the phones stop working. The blue ooma lights are on, but there is no dial tone. This problem is only the phones on the HUB.
I can reset the phone by unplugging the phone jack and plugging it back in. then the phone works again.
I thought maybe the phone battery was low, so tried a brand new phone. Worked initially, then next morning, no dial tone.
Any ideas?

If the Scout and Hub are in different rooms connected via house wiring, temporarily locate the Scout next to the Hub and connect the Scout wall port to the Hub wall port by means of a short phone cord and see if the problem persists.
